Vine-ripened and harvested at the peak of flavor, select Roma tomatoes are then sliced and dried under the radiant sun. Once dry, we marinate them with olive oil, garlic and spices. Or if you prefer, they are also available dried. No well-stocked pantry is complete without them. Try them in omelettes, frittatas, quiche, appetizers, pasta, sauces, pizzas, risotto, polenta or soups. |
