Olives

Hand packed, naturally salt cured Our varietal olives are frown in the hot interior valleys of California from trees that descend from cutting brought by the Spanish missionaries hundreds of years ago. The lush fruit is harvested in the Fall then slowly cured with salt instead of lye to produce an all-natural product. We hand-pack them in a special brine that includes Champagne vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, slices of citrus and fresh herbs.
