Our California BALSAMIC VINEGAR is made from the grape must of Napa Valley-grown grape varietals. This sweet, tangy condiment is wonderful for enhancing vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces.  INGREDIENTS: California balsamic vinegar.  Contains naturally occurring sulfites. 6% acidity.  USE SUGGESTIONS:  For a delightful fruit salad, toss with slices of melon, peaches and berries.  Use as a marinade for poultry, shrimp or pork before grilling.  Create a dressing with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss with either: cooked wild rice with pinenuts, roasted beets, or cannellini beans.  Use with olive oil to saute red onions and garlic for a compote for grilled meats.  Drizzle over grilled eggplant, red peppers, onions and asparagus.  Toss with tender steamed green beans and top with crumbled bacon and blue cheese.
